Your warranty is only void if any of the original hardware are damaged from the upgrade otherwise upgrading your hardware does not void your warranty. We have a monitor (ViewSonic VX2035wm) w/internal speakers. Is it possible to use the monitors speakers with this system and if so is it the video or sound card that is supplying sound to the monitor? ... Inputs to monitor are dvi, d-sub and audio-in. TY

You will need to connect a separate audio cable from the PC's front speaker output jack (green) to the audio input jack on the monitor (also green colored) via a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack (male to male connectors from the PC to the monitor). I had seen the mention of recovery CD and drivers listed with other similar rigs. Even tho this rig doesn't come with a CD drive does it come with any recovery and/or drivers in any medium? TY.

The specs say that the adapter is b/g/n/ac. I would just like to confirm that this rig can connect to a simple b/g/n (non ac) wireless router.

The 802.11 AC wireless adapter included with this PC will be backwards compatible with the previous wireless networking standards. This should work fine for older routers based onb 802.11n and 802.11 a/b/g wireless networking standards. This Q. leads a bit into assumption and conjecture but I would very much like to buy a system that will be able to run Windows OS for the next ten years and would like to know from the manufacturer if they feel this rig is competent to do so till 2026.TY

I can't say it would be the best series to use if want something that can also be upgraded over the next ten years because AMD will soon be discontinuing the current AMD FX line to introducing a new series of processors to replace the current AMD FX series processors. In comparison, AMD has been falling quite behind when compared to Intel's current consumer desktop processors. If your preference is towards AMD, then you may want to wait for their new series to be released which is currently scheduled for February/March 2017 otherwise the current line of Intel i5's & i7's will most likely run very well for the next ten years if you need to to purchase a PC now. Is there a central page for drivers or each part-manufacturer needs to be contacted for updating drivers, etc? Dell has them all on a webpage but it can be a total nightmare finding a proper driver so either answer is preferable to them. TY.

We do have a very generalized list on our website for drivers but please note it is not specific since most all of our PC's built are custom. http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/support/. What is important is basically the motherboard and the graphics card drivers. You can also check the motherboard driver disc and find the support page for the motherboard installed in your PC. So apparently my question was unclear. I am asking what boards do you provide that can NOT ONLY support all the hardware in this machine, but can also support SLI and multiple graphics cards. I want to replace the one that comes with this on my own.

You can replace the motherboard with and Intel Z170 chipset based motherboard that supports SLi. All Intel Z170 chipset based motherboards will support your current hardware and purchasing one that supports SLi will guarantee the ability to run two NVIDIA graphics cards in SLi mode.
