Can I use DDR4 2400mhz SDRAM Memory on this PC? that I have now

I am no longer able to hear voices when I play videos on the internet. I am unable to find a solution to correct the problem. I can hear music but no voices. What could be causing this issue?

It sounds like your audio is not properly configured. You can try disconnecting your speakers and reconnecting them. When reconnecting them make sure you select front speaker out. Then right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right corner by the clock and select playback devices. Then right click on the one that says Speakers and click on Configure Speakers and go through the Wizard. What is the exact specifications for the RAM as in mhz and brand?

This model PC will be configured with 2x 4GB DDR3 1600MHz memory modules. The brand will not be available as we carry several memory modules that are OEM and major brand manufacturers and will depend on what is available at the time of production.
