I notice this computer lists surround sound in its features. Does that mean it has S/PDIF and TOSLINK connections on the motherboard?

No, there are no S/PDIF or Toslink connectors on this PC. This model PC will have three 3.5mm audio jacks in the back to provide 5.1 channel surround sound (1x front left/right, 1x center/subwoofer, 1x rear left/right). The headphone jack on top can be used as rear/side left/rigt surround sound speakers for up to 7.1 channels. Surround sound will be configured using the included Realtek HD Audio software. How much fps would you get counter strike global offensive on low settings?

You should be able to play this game most likely at low to medium settings as this is considered as an entry level / budget PC and is configured with an AMD Radeon R5 230 1GB graphics card. The LED lighting on the case can be set by using the button located below the "☼ " on the top front of the case. Yes, an internal SATA Blu Ray ReWriter can be added to this PC. The case can accommodate 2 additional 5.25" drives behind the door in the front of the case. The motherboard should have 4 open SATA ports to allow you to plug in another SATA hard disk drive, SATA solid state drive or SATA optical drive. Please note you may need an adapter for power and will also need a SATA cable to connect from the motherboard to the drive.
