How does CSGO run on this?

This model PC should be able to run games such as Overwatch at lower to medium settings as configured with an AMD Radeon R7 240 would consider this PC as an entry level / budget PC. Would this desktop be good enough to run minecraft medium to high settings at a stable 60+ fps on servers and single player. Also could it run csgo medium to high settings at a solid 50+ fps.

The hardware specs of this PC has been rated to run CS Go at 30+ fps as high to ultra settings. This should have no issues running Minecraft at any settings as well. Please note that fps will vary between games and other variable can also affect this such as your network and OS environment. Please be aware however that as an entry level gaming/budget PC it may have issues running more graphically intensive games. I want to change the Nvidia GT 730 to an 750 ti ¿I need to change the power supply to do that? If that the case ¿I also need a pin power cord?

Yes, that would be recommended as the original 500 watt power supply was not intended to be used with a video card that requires an additional PCI-e power connection (the GTX 750 Ti requires 1x 6-pin PCI-E power connector). What does the small button located to the left of the USB ports do ?

I just bought this PC and am very confused as to why the C drive is only 238 GB while the D drive is 1.81 TB. I thought the C drive (where everything gets installed to) was supposed to be the bigger one. Did they mix up where they plugged them in or what?

The (C:) drive is the letter a drive is assigned when it has Windows installed on to it for the first time. Since the SSD is the boot drive it was automatically assigned Drive C. If I replaced the graphics card with a "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 2GB GDDR" will I be able to run h1z1 and games similar on ultra with good fps? Im looking for around 60 fps

That video card may have trouble performing in ultra but should run fine on high settings. Due to the "random" nature of FPS I am unsure what FPS count you will be receiving on any given setting. Would be able to put the elgato hd 60 pro into the computer
