If i hook this up to a 56 inch flat screen tv, would it have lag, or would it run smoothly?

Can you put an AMD FX 9590 in this motherboard?

The AMD 760G chipset used on the motherboard of this model PC does NOT support an AMD FX-9590. The AMD FX-9590 requires the latest revision of a motherboard with the AMD 990FX chipset.
