Does this PC allow the installation of a PCI WiFi card? I purchased model (GVA1000BST) but the graphics card covered up the WiFi slot. Although the motherboard had an available slot it was unusable due to the size of the graphics card.

The spacing on the available expansion slots will vary between motherboard manufacturers and the motherboard used in this model will also vary depending upon availability.
