To anyone who plays Tera or other RPGMMO's, can it run this on medium to max settings?

what hdd interface is this? I know it's SATA but is it like SATA II or SATA III

Can this pc run the upcoming battlefield 1, battlefield 4, or rainbow 6 siege?
