In the title, it says the color scheme is black and blue. Does the same apply to the mouse and keyboard?

Hi, my husband has a CyberPowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA2200B1. He wants to upgrade his graphics card to the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Graphics Card, blower style, reference design. Will this fit in his pc?

I'm trying to live stream my video game using xsplit it will pop up and say high cpu storage and I'll look and my cpu will be running at 90%? Why is it using so much cpu?
