So I purchased this computer...and it had bad GPU.. The ethernet port was also not working.. I returned the computer, got the same one and the GPU works, but the ethernet port does not.... anyone have any ideas?

What is an affordable CPU Fan to replace the cruddy default one with? Is a Hyper Master 212 sufficient? Should I replace case fans too?
