I got sent the wrong graphics card. Instead of getting a Gigabyte AMD radeon r7 240, I got an XFX Amd Radeon r7 240.. Can I get the correct one instead? the picture that went on with this question doesnt look anything like the one thats in the picture

Will a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EV0 120mm fan work? I just bought this pc two days ago, and it is very loud considering the tiny cpu fan it comes with, so I'm looking to upgrading that cpu fan asap.
