CPU Upgrade

I want to upgrade to an (AMD) 8350 Vishera. Is it compatible with this pc? I have read that the 850 can run hot, but I would rather not remove the mobo to install a (cpu) cooler. Is there space to add a (200 mm) Cooler Master case fan for the cpu?

About the graphics card..

Does the graphics card support Nvidia's G-sync? The monitor I want to pair it with has G-sync but there's also free-sync ones so I need to know which would work better with this PC.

I've been trying to figure out what model 390x graphics card this is (Sapphire, MSI, XFX?).
I read in the previous question, that the power supply is 800W is it Bronze, Silver or Gold?
