The computer has some plastic film on the side right under the two plastic pieces that let you see inside the computer. Should I take the side off and remove the film?

Windows 10 activation??

I just picked up this desktop from my store and set it all up and I click "systems" and it says this product key doesn't work. I never even got a key with it I checked everywhere it doesn't come with it. I see windows 10 is already working but it isn't activated it says. What should I do and will it cause problems for me??

The COA and product key for Windows will be found on the side panel of the computer. Looking at it from the front you will see it on the right hand side panel of the case. For notebooks the Windows COA key will be found on the bottom pane
