Does buying Cyberpower Desktop Trinity come with Window activation code?

I do not see the code anywhere and I would like to get a free window 10 updates that required the activation code.

Is this computer liquid cooled as Best Buy says in the write up for it?

The answer from CyberPower to the question above seems to say it just has a cooling fan.

Blue lights and fan

We bought this for my son, and the inside is not blue nor does it appear the back fan is working, which I think may be the source of the blue light inside. Is the inside supposed to be blue like it shows on the pictures?
