Is this case 240mm Liquid water cooling compatible

I just want to know if this case 240mm Liquid water cooling compatible. and also I wanted to know what kind of watercooling this computer has.

The dimensions for this case are as follows: H x 17.9 inches, W x 8.1 inches, D x 18.9 inches. This model currently comes with standard air cooled CPU fan.

How loud are the fans?

I have seen several comments/complaints about the CyberPower computer fans being "loud." How loud is loud? Is it constant or just at start-up?

Gaming PC fans will be slightly louder than standard workstations as fans need to spin faster to cool the gaming components running at higher voltage.

It appears to from the side photo, but I don't see the feature listed.

i want to know if this computer will be good for use when it comes to engineering programs, i want to buy a new computer and i was if this computer would be good for such implementation.
