Ive purchased this prebuilt and i cant figure out how to customize the RGB fans. The buttons on top of this case seem to not work.

I got my son this pc for his birthday a week after he got it it stopped working the keyboard and mouse doesn't turn on and there is no picture coming out of the monitor. But the hard drive turns on I got it in June how do I fix this problem?
