I got this pc almost a month ago it is great but I can't seem to get my controller to come up when trying to connect it through Bluetooth. Any ideas? The controller will show its there on my phone but won't even come up on the pc

my computer will not connect to any sort of internet except my phones hotspot and even then most of my games wont open and if they do they crash for no reason or my computer will shut down, and sometimes it wont even connect to my hotspot.

Does this pc run apex legends? If so how much fps on medium-high graphics?

can i upgrade memory from32to 64and what memory should i get at your store
