Would this PC run Stardew valley with mods, Minecraft with mods, and Asseto Corsa with mods smoothly?

There is a little ringing noise coming out of the power supply is that normal.I am a first time pc owner just trying to make sure it’s nothing

I got this pc a week ago and when I loaded up any kind of game it automatically starts to lag. Does anyone know a solution this my problem?
