We don't specify the brand as we do use different ones depending what available at the time of assembly. The power supply used is 800 watts 80 plus certified. Those would need to be purchased separately. 7.1 surround sound just specifies what kind of speaker setup the computer can support up to as there 2.0, 5.1, and 7.1 setups which the PC can support all of those.
