I was to updrade to a FX-8350, is that possible? Also, do I need to alter/change the motherboard when upgrading the CPU? Lastly, can I upgrade the CPU first thing without turning it in for the first time?

Hello, I recently bought this pc and was told it's stock power supply was terrible and should be switched out immediately. Is this something I should be worried about?
