Do this hook up with Elgato game capture HD to PlayStation 3 and 4?

This computer can use both the PCIe interface version of the El Gato or the USB interface versions as well. Ensure the USB interface El Gato is connected to the USB 3.0 ports for it to work. If you have any further questions our support team is more than happy to help.

Hey I was wondering if The Sims 4 can be run without lag on this pc, and also if minecraft with lets say 100 mods can be run on this at a consistent 60 fps?

Same goes for mods; mod change or add various elements to game play so the performance of the game will still vary with the addition of mods as some are more demanding than others.
