I have purchased this frame and brought it home to the UK. When we turn it on, the frame freezes when the red logo is displayed. I have tried holding down the reset keys, have unplugged it, rebooted the router, nothing has worked.

Is there a way to disable the night light to not turn on at all? I can't bring myself to talk to the clock and wake my partner up asking Google to turn off the night light. I just want the rear light disabled as if the functionality never existed.
You can manually turn off the Nightlight feature on this Lenovo Smart Clock Essential by holding down the minus button on the top of the Smart Clock Essential for 6-seconds.
