We're sorry to hear that you've run into trouble with your Legion Tower 5i. At first, this seems to be a firmware or BIOS issue given what you've shared. To try to resolve this, we recommend checking for these kinds of updates via the Legion Space app. You can do so by opening Legion Space, then on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
