When I bought the product, the Wifi keeps disconnecting frequently on it and I checked my Wifi every time and it's been perfectly well. Is it because my Wifi card is a Realtek or do I need to fix any settings with the laptop?

Hi Qwerty,

We're sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your Legion 7i. To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this should correct the issue with a recent driver update. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

Please update us when you can regarding this!
