The open-box items are reviewed by a couple teams at Best Buy, including Geek Squad, to help ensure device function and integrity. If you end up with a system that presents any issues, you can bring the system into a Best Buy store within the return period to swap out the system, have it reviewed by store staff, or contact Lenovo Support at any time for assistance.
