We're sorry to hear that you ran into this issue with your Legion Go 2. Given the circumstances and fixes you've already attempted, we recommend trying a couple things--first, you can try disabling metered connection (if enabled) in Settings > Network & internet > Select the connected Wi-Fi network, and ensure this setting is toggled off. Next, you could also try to run the internet connection troubleshooter in Settings > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > and Run internet connection troubleshooting. If this doesn't uncover the issue, then try to reset the network. To do so, go into Network & internet again in Settings > Advanced > Network reset, and reset the network.
