This IdeaCentre Tower 17 does feature DisplayPort and HDMI on the RTX 4060 card that can be used at the rear of the tower, along with an HDMI and VGA port connected to the system's board itself.

Currently at Best Buy, this Yoga AIO 27" is the premier option that's comparable to the performance you're after, but unfortunately it does not feature the touchscreen display you wish to have.
