Is there a way to override the accurate time? I like the clock by my bed too be a few minutes fast. Even if the adjusted time has to be re entered when power goes out, etc., just need to know if it's possible.

No. As long as the Smart Clock Essential is connected to WiFi, it will source the time based on the internet time for your location. You can set alarms to any time you choose though.

When the radio is playing news, or music, how do I make it stop? Saying OK Google STOP the Google assistant responds “nothing is playing “ even though it is. I can not find any information on how to stop this

Try Hey Google Stop as your voice command. If the issue continues, try restarting the Smart Clock Essential: Unplug your device then wait 10 seconds. Plug it back in. If the issue continues, now try resetting the Smart Clock Essential back to original factory settings: Press and hold the alarm setup button and the volume down button at the same time for 12 seconds.
