Why is OS on this laptop 32 BIT instead of the specifications stated to be 64 BIT? Is this false advertizing?

This Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 Laptop, model number 82KN0000US, ships with the 64-bit MediaTek MT8183 ARM Processor and so is the kernel from chromeos. The reason it shows 32 bits is because Google Chrome is using 32 bit userspace (chrome & apps). I currently use my laptop that I dock to connect to 3 monitors to utilize multiple displays. Will this laptop allow me to do the same as long as the docking station is capable?

That will depend on the compatibility of the external docking station. This Lenovo Yoga 6 13 model number 82ND006QUS supports up to 3 independent displays (native display and 2 external monitors via USB-C) - USB-C supports up to 3840x2160@60Hz, connected directly to this laptop.
