Regarding the first topic, one possible solution could be performing a power drain, as this can sometimes reset the USB ports and allow them to function again. To do so, shutdown the computer > unplug the power cable if connected > hold the power button down for 20 seconds continuously > plug back the power cable and test its functionality. If this doesn't resolve the issue, let's see if system updates will. First, to check on the Windows side, open Settings > Windows Updates > Check for updates. After applying updates here, open the Lenovo Vantage app > Check for updates and apply what is available. If this doesn't resolve this issue or the camera issue, if you are familiar with Windows systems, you can uninstall the USB interface and camera drivers and restart the system.
