Can you use a sim card in this laptop?

The Lenovo Yoga 7i-15 model number 82BJ0001US is WiFi 6 - 802.11AX only. This laptop does not have a SIM card slot for cellular/broadband data connectivity. You can create a WiFi Hotspot with your compatible cellular phone, then connect this Yoga 7i-15 to that WiFi signal.
