Does it have a headphone jack and internal disk?
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WR000FUS, ships with a 3.5mm headphone / microphone combo jack. Although there is no built in CD/DVD drive within this model, you can use an external, USB-based Windows 10 compatible CD/DVD drive with this laptop, like this one: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-8x-external-usb-double-layer-dvdrw-cd-rw-drive-black/5852919.p?skuId=5852919. This model ships with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. I just bought a brand new Lenovo duet; however the keyboard doesn’t work at all. Does it have to be connected by Bluetooth or something?
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the detachable keyboard included with your Chromebook Duet, model number ZA6F0016US. The key board uses a direct contact with the 5 POGO pins within the screen and the keyboard. Magnets within the screen and keyboard should align the keyboard with the screen automatically for a secure connection. This works best on a flat surface.
