Can I install my legal copy of Microsoft Office Starter 2010 that came with my present Laptop? I have the CD. Would I need to uninstall the current trial copy of Microsoft Office that is on the New Lenovo Laptop? Can Google Chrome be installed on laptop?

All you will need to do is sign in to your Microsoft Office Account that you have established with the purchased copy of Microsoft Office. You may need to insert the Product Activation Code at initial sign in to the installed copy of Microsoft Office within this laptop's copy of Windows 10 S-Mode. To install any APPs not available through the Microsoft Store, like Google Chrome Browser, you will need to switch out of S-Mode. What all is upgradable?

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 17 Laptop, model number 81WF004CUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. This configuration ships with Windows 10 S-Mode Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. The User can switch out of S-Mode to Windows 10 Home version if they choose to. This configuration ships with 8GB (4GB OnBoard + 4GB DIMM) RAM installed. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB RAM stick within the one RAM memory slot with an 8GB stick of DDR4-2666MHz RAM for a system total RAM of 12GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM. There is a 2.5-Inch 5400RPM mechanical 1TB hard drive installed. Your certified technician can replace this hard drive with a compatible model. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your upgrade options.

Repeat of my question, and Lenovo, yes, I know this model does NOT have a backlit keyboard, but the specs listed say "customizable keyboard lighting", which Lenovo has explained, is a light, from the lid frame, that shines on the keyboard. Where is it????
