No. The user will need to setup and activate Windows 10 with the initial startup of the computer. The screen goes dark and bright while moving between tabs. This is extremely annoying and I have searched online for a solution it no avail. The only thing that works is changing the power plan to high performance but the battery does not last. Help.
Be sure you have that auto brightness feature turned off within Windows 10.
