We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with charging your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i-15. First, unplug the computer from the charger and let the computer stay unplugged for 15-minutes. Now plug the computer back in with the supplied AC adapter/charger. Be sure to plug the computer side of the AC Adapter/Charger into the one and only computer charging port on the computer. It will have an icon of a electric plug next to the Thunderbolt icon. This is the only plug that can be used for charging the computer. Once you have the AC adapter/Charger plugged into the right charging port on the computer and the other end plugged into a wall socket, you will see a white LED power light right next to the charging port on the computer. If this LED lights up, the computer is now charging properly. Let the computer continue to charge for 15-minutes. Now open the computer lid, power on the computer using the power button on the right side of the computer. Leaving the computer plugged in, the computer should now boot up properly and you should be able to use the computer while it continues to charge. If the device does not power on, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.
