For some reason no one can’t hear me on discord or on Facebook messenger calls I checked the microphone and everything but it’s still not letting me talk to where others can hear me
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the microphone on your Lenovo Yoga 7i 15, model number 82BJ0001US. First check to be sure that you are off mute on both the laptop by taping the Hotkey in the F1 position on your keyboard then check your mute settings within the conferencing APP you are using as well. Both must be off mute for you to be heard. Then, if you are off mute, be sure your MIC volume is high enough to be heard. Tap the Hotkey in the F3 position on your keyboard to increase MIC volume at the computer. Then also check your MIC volume within the APP. If you are still unable to be heard within the conferencing APP you are using, test your microphone offline by recording an audio message within the Audio Recorder APP within Windows 10. Here is a link to instructions for doing this: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-record-sound-using-voice-recorder-app-windows-10. If you are able to record and playback your recorded message, the issue is on the conferencing APP side. Check with the conferencing APPs web site for the proper settings to use for an audio connection, then try a test of your audio using the test procedures provided at the conferencing APPs web site. If you continue to have issues and you can not make an audio recording offline, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

I understand this device works with Google Assistant, but am I really REQUIRED to set up a google account just to get this thing up and running? Are there no methods available to set up the clock without needing Google?

Can I disable Alexa?
If you have not downloaded and activated the Alexa software on the Lenovo Yoga 7i 15 it is not active on the computer from the factory. The software link is on the computer, the user needs to download the Alexa Software from the internet, then activate the Alexa Software on the Yoga 7i 15. You can also uninstall any program from your Windows 10 laptop, including Alexa.
