Why won't my camera show a picture? I've tried trouble shooting and ot still doesn't work. I just purchased this 8/12/24.

Hey there, sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your camera. To add to the troubleshooting, this model ships with a webcam that has a manual Privacy Shutter built in. Be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If your camera is still not functional, we recommend checking for updates through Windows Update settings and Lenovo Vantage (should you no longer be in S mode). If your issues persist after these steps, we also recommend that you reach out to Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for additional assistance.

Okay so the charger is taking more than 3 hours to fully charge my device it took the charger to charge my device 63 to 80 2 hours...is this normal? If not who should I reach out to? And if I buy a 120 watt charger will it support fast charging ?

Hey, Adam. It your device is under a heavy workload, it can take a while for it to fully charge. The rate of charge that you explained however, is not normal. We recommend checking for and applying updates in both Windows update settings and in the Lenovo Vantage app on your Yoga. If the issues continue after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686. Also, the Yoga 7 will only support up to 100W of charging via its USB-C ports.

Is it good for drawing?

That would depend on what specific apps you plan to use for drawing, but this Flex 5i does offer pen support (pens using MPP and AES pen protocols) and should work well with most apps that feature drawing. As a heads up, this Flex 5i does come with Windows 11 Home in S mode and depending on if the apps you wish to use are not available in the Microsoft Store, you will have to switch out of S mode to standard 11 Home.
