No audio at all, any tips? I connected my MacBook Air (2019) to this Lenovo monitor. Everything seems to work except the audio. I have gone into the settings to make sure the output is on the Lenovo monitor. Audio bar is grayed out on top of screen. Help!
It sounds like there is no audio coming from the computer side to the monitor speakers. We recommend you check with your computer manufacturer for audio capabilities out via the connection you are using to currently connect the computer to the monitor. Be sure audio out is capable via the connection you are using. You may need to connect the computer to the monitor's audio port via a 3.5mm audio connection from the computer to the monitor's 3.5mm audio jack. I have a Lenovo Ideapad slim model 81vs I bought from your store about a year ago. I have lost the charger for it and I can’t find ANY universal chargers that work with it- I’m actually at BEST BUYnow- no charger!! Where else to look?
