How do you display the seconds along with hours/mins?

Hello, currently there is only one clock face that supports seconds and it is called the "contemporary clock" To enable this clock face press and hold in the center if your current clock face on the display for 2 seconds. difference between the smart clock and the smart clock essential? color?

Hello, The Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant model # ZA4R0002US features a 4" touch display and has the ability to control smart home devices from the screen, view security cameras, and receive visual notifications, as well as display photo frame backgrounds with Google Photos. The Lenovo Smart Clock Essential model # ZA740005US has all of the same assistant features it just does not have a touch display and doesn't display visual information beyond the time, day, alarms, and weather. The Smart Clock Essential has an additional LED adjustable nightlight that the Touch Display Smart Clock does not.

Does this clock have a single or dual alarm?

Hello, The Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant allows you to set as many single or repeating alarms as you would like. You can do this with a simple voice command of "Okay Google set an alarm for.... on......" alternatively you can manually set alarms with the 4" touch display.

Is there a power back up in case of power outage? Basically just for the alarm, of course (like the old alarm clocks with a battery back up)

Hi Marc, there is currently no battery backup on the Lenovo Smart Clock with Google Assistant. In the event of a brief power outage your repeating alarm information will be retained and the alarm will still sound when power is restored.

Does this have a blackout feature? I can't seem to turn off the clock at night and prefer a blacked out screen at night. Thank you.

If someone gets up before the alarm goes off, is there a way to turn off the next alarm without using voice commands. AKA in the home app or button press, and with out removing the rest of the set alarms.

Hello and thank you for your question. Yes you may delete a selected alarm without removing other alarms you have set. To do this simply open the Google Home App on your smartphone or tablet, select your device, select the "Settings" gear shaped icon in the upper right corner, and lastly select "Alarms and Timers" from here you can view and disable any alarms you currently have set.

If I get a phone call in the middle of the night will the smart clock ring and give me the notification that I am getting a phone call?

Hi Sam, No your Smart Clock will not ring in the middle of the night if someone calls you. Furthermore you can easily disable notifications at night with the "Do Not Disturb" mode feature. This can be enabled by swiping up on the home screen and selecting the "Do not Disturb Icon". You can also set DND to turn on atomically at night from within the Google Home App.
