This configuration ships with 8GB (4GB OnBoard + 4GB DIMM). There is 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and an additional 4GB RAM within the one RAM memory slot within this configuration. Your certified technician can remove the 4GB within the RAM memory slot and replace it with an 8GB stick of DDR4-2400MHz RAM for the system maximum RAM of 12GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM. We recommend you consult with your certified technician about your upgrade options.

I just started using my new desktop and I have no sound. I tried running the diagnostics and see there is some NVIDIA high def sound installed? Is there something I have to do to get sound working on this desktop? Do i buy speakers?
