Hi Marc. This is a Chromebook. It runs Chrome OS. To download ZOOM for Chrome you will need to download the APP from the Google Play Store. Having said that We always recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of any software you will be installing on your new computer before you invest in any computer. Be sure your new computer can support the software you will need to use by checking the minimum system requirements from the software developers website.

How can I find update bios file and driver's?

You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up.

Hello, what is the max RAM it an be upgraded to? Is it 4Ggb internal and 4gb memory card in the slot?

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3-15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM in the one available RAM slot. Your certified technician can replace the 4GB RAM stick with a 8GB RAM stick for a maximum system RAM total of 12GB DDR4-2666MHz. We recommend you consult your certified technician for your upgrade options.

The Lenovo Flex 3 11 is a Chromebook. It ships with a 11.6-Inch screen (screen size measured diagonally). It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.
