How do you load pictures to the computer, I don't see a place for SD or Micro SD cards.

There is no SD card slot on the Lenovo Yoga 6 13. You can use a USB-based external hard drive and/or a Cloud Storage Account with WiFi access to transfer files to the Yoga 6 13.

How many USB ports does it have? Specs say two but photos only show one. Please clarify.

The Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 11 Model number 82HG0000US, ships with one standard USB Type A 3.1 version port and one USB-c 3.1 version port.

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the specific APP you want to use. No. The fabric cover is not removable.
