The one I received from the Culver City Best Buy only contains one headphone jack. It doesn’t have a microphone jack. I asked the employees for the one shown online. Is it possible I can return it and get the one shown online?

Check behind the door on the right front side of the computer. Your configuration may have the 3.5 mm jack there.

Having an issue of Bluetooth connection when tablet is placed on dock. Bluetooth connection fails. Will not maintain connection. It's literally sitting on the dock and will not maintain connection? Help.

Here is a fix for this issues that has just been released:
1. Undock the Tablet from the DOCK
2. Forget Previous connection or/and current Connection in Settings/Connected devices
3. Swipe up from the bottom in launcher to Recent APP interface, Choose ‘Clear all’ in Recent APP
4. Restart the tablet
5. Dock the Tablet again (Do not set up dock by Alexa APP, Do not touch the ALEXA app and Notification popped from ALEXA anymore)

Ram running at 2400mhz in a Single channel configuration and only one already populated slot on mobo. On Ryzen?? Even a Ryzen 7. Not so sure about that being the smartest config considering the platform. Clarification that this is the correct specs?
