I get this Chromebook yesterday. I think the quality of the screen is not as good as IPS standard. It looks more like a TN panel rather than an IPS panel because the screen become darker depending on view angle. Does this model really uses an IPS?

My monitor says it’s at 60hz but spec say it can go to 144 how can I change this
