My RGB Keyboard lighting just don't work. I can switch between 4modes but I can not customize it. Anyone has the same issue?

On my laptops i use the up, Down, Left and Right arrows to control things in the game i Play. They are on the bottom row on the right side below the Shift Key. Not the numbers on the number pad. On the Lenovo-legion I don't see those arrows anywhere.
