To reset the WiFi please power cycle your device by unplugging it for 10 seconds, plugging it back in, and allowing your device to power back on. Please do the same for your wireless router by unplugging it for 10 seconds, plugging it back in, and allowing to re-connect. If your WiFi issues persist please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds.
