Can I upgrade the internal storage to 1tb? Take out the 256gb ssd and put a 1tb one,

Hey, mj97401. In short, no. This charger far exceeds the wattage the Yoga 7i was designed to handle, so we advise against using it. A 65W USB-C charger should work out well as a replacement for your charger.

Can I increase the Graphic card to atleast medium or high?

As a heads up, when using Zoom, if you need the app and not the online site, you may need to switch the Flex 5i out of Windows 11 Home in S mode to run it since S mode devices can only run apps that are offered in the Microsoft Store.
