Is the RAM upgradeable in this model?

The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE011UUS, is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard and another 4GB RAM stick in the one available RAM memory slot within this configuration. Your certified technician can replace this 4GB RAM stick with an 8GB RAM stick for a system total of 12GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM.
