What do I need to have a printer capability? I am sure there is no serial port for my current printer.
You can use any Windows 10 S-Mode Compatible printer with the IdeaPad S145-15 Laptop, that is either wireless or connects to the computer via standard USB port. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We recommend you check with your printer manufacturer for the compatibility of your specific model. Follow your printer manufacturer's pairing instructions for a new Windows 10 computer to your specific printer model.

Is this laptop compatible for iTunes and does it offer a HDMI to be able to plug into the tv?

I need a Chromebook that is LTE not wifi
The Lenovo C340-11 Chromebook is WiFi only. You can connect this Chromebook to a LTE Broadband HotSpot that creates a WiFi signal.
