How many USB ports, is there ethernet connectivity, is there an HDMI port, is there VGA connectivity?

There are three standard USB ports: two USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0. There is one HDMI-Out. There is no VGA port, you will need an HDMI to VGA adapter to connect a VGA monitor.
