Just bought two weeks ago and webcam isn't working. Anyone else having this issue?

The Lenovo Yoga C740-15 model number 81TD0005US, ships with a built in Privacy Shutter over the web cam. You can manually open the Privacy Shutter by sliding the shutter off the web cam lens. How do you get the keyboard and mouse to work?

The Keyboard and mouse are wireless. Both connect to the 2.4MHz WiFi receiver that is included within the battery case of the wireless mouse. Plug this receiver into a USB port on the computer.
