I have had my clock for 6 months or so, have had the little orbit one for a year. I am a slow learner. Don't know what I did, however the keys stay on when I turn the light off. They do not dim. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep with the numbers .

To turn on the auto-dim function, simply swipe up on the display and tap the sun icon in the lower left corner of your device. When there is an "A" in the center, you have turned on the auto-dim.
