PLEASE NOTE: Your Lenovo L340-15 has a Privacy Shutter over the web cam that needs to be in the off position for the camera to work. Here is a link to the User Guide for your laptop, it will illustrate where the shutter is. WHAT is a touch-screen all in one mean. my computer is 10+ year old.

No. The Yoga C740-14 does not ships with the Active Pen. It is sold separately.
